Bluetooth devices usually have a limited range and are unable to connect to the computer if the signal is too weak. The laptop may be too far away from the Bluetooth device or may not be on. Try holding your laptop closer to the Bluetooth device and then turn it on. If your computer does not automatically turn on when you connect with Bluetooth, press the power button in order for it to turn on automatically.
The most common causes for the Bluetooth, not connecting problem are:
1) Device drivers are not installed properly
2) The device is not compatible
3) The device is not connected to another device
4) The device is turned off
A real fix for this problem would be to uninstall the Bluetooth driver and reinstall a compatible driver. If the problem persists, it may be best to contact the manufacturer of the Bluetooth device for help.
How to fix the laptop Bluetooth problem?
If you are having problems with Bluetooth on your laptop, you may need to restore the Bluetooth driver.
You can do this by:
