Answer: I am religious, but it’s a private matter.

I believe in making my own decisions based on what feels right for me, and that everyone should have the opportunity to live their life the way they choose. For this reason, some might call me a free thinker. Others may think I’m just too lazy to form opinions on some topics beyond myself. What do you think?

Answer: I’m not religious, but I can sometimes see God’s handiwork. Evidence of the Divine includes sunset and sunrise; the beauty of nature that is all around us; unexpected acts of generosity or kindness from someone we care for (or even a stranger); and moments where we recognize our own personal shortcomings and flaws–we can see how quickly an emotional situation might escalate if we were to step in.

I know it’s not rational, but I find myself reaching out more often than before to things beyond myself for comfort and security. Maybe because there was so much uncertainty in my life as a younger adult–and now those uncertainties have been resolved one by one as each major event in yours truly’s life was tackled successfully.
