Do you think I’m a spoiled little brat or hardworking?

I typically get what I want (ie. if I ask to have cookies), don’t get told “no” much, and I also don’t do that many chores. I also don’t get an allowance, but my parents usually pay when something is needed. I often get mad (sometimes throw tantrums) when I make mistakes, or when schoolwork is going poorly, but almost never for not getting something like a new phone. But, I do get good grades.

Answer: You are probably either spoiled or hardworking. Maybe some children have an innate desire to get what they want, but others work harder. Since you don’t seem to struggle with this, it is safe to say you are hardworking.

Many children get angry with their parents when something isn’t going the way they wanted, even when it’s their fault. For example, my sister and I have definitely had to deal with this as she is older and smarter than I am. Sometimes, she wants to talk on the phone when I am trying to watch a movie and sometimes she wants me to help her when I am busy (and rightfully so). I understand why she gets mad, but sometimes it just seems like she is trying to get out of doing something.
