Is it acceptable to say “I’d always been around for”?
Which one is correct to use Has always been or had always been?

It is used to describe being present before another completed point in the past.
For example, ‘I had always been’ there for him, but suddenly he ran off with her. [That is, you are no longer available to him.]
‘Have always’ implies that it is still true and not completed:
For example, I have always been there for you since the day you were born. [That is, you are still.]
