According to the latest data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, there are 29,000 radio stations in the United States. This means that there are a lot of radio stations scattered throughout our country – and if you have to choose which one to listen to, it’s not an easy decision since there are so many choices out there!

The number of radio stations in the United States has grown from just over 100 in 1949 to over 29,000 today. The reason for this growth is that more and more people are listening to radio through the internet. It has become easier for them to listen to different kinds of music or other shows than just one.

The growth of radio stations has increased the demand for space on their airwaves and made it harder for them to protect their frequencies. This forced many radio station owners to change frequencies and move them around a lot, which is why there are so many radio stations today.
