How Should People, Who Live Alone Deal With The COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects?

How Should People, Who Live Alone Deal With The COVID-19 Vaccine Side Effects?

Just asking for people that do live alone, and have no roommate, or are living with any siblings, etc…..

Should they do things that they normally would do(go for a walk, cook, exercise, lift somewhat heavy stuff when needed, exercise, go grocery shopping, go window shopping, exercise, etc…?

Should they take an over counter pain relief medication like Ibuprofen? If they feel a headache or it coming?

Really how should people, that live alone really go about their day with the COVID-19 Vaccine side effects happening? MAYBE call one of their siblings that live in another part of the city or next-door country to come over for moral and emotional support. IF there is a relative that lives nearby go over there for support and hang out?

How to tell it just the COVID-19 vaccine side effects and not some other health problem, or something else similar? Also that it a health problem from the Covid-19 side effect of the vaccine itself? So they don’t worry themselves off, since they are by themselves. With no one else to talk to, get support or help if there is a problem(like go with to the doctor, or just do a drop-in).

If they don’t have sever side affects they can still do those things. If they’re not up to doing those things, they should be at home and resting until they feel better.

They don’t have to have some one come over. They can call some one or visit them virtually if they have access to the internet.

If they can’t cook they can order food, or learn how to cook on their own.

As suggested before they should take Tylenol.

I mentioned before. If they think they have other health issues, and they need help getting medical attention then they should have someone there for support when they visit their doctor. Someone from a neighboring country, may not be able to get there.

You’re making a mountain out of a molehill. Most people that live alone usually know how to take care of themselves.

The COVID-19 Vaccine’s most common side effect is a slightly sore arm.

Many people don’t even get that.

Anyone who cannot cope with the side effects of routine vaccination should probably not live alone.

prevention is better than cure,so if you are going to take vaccine and you live alone make sure you have 3to4 paracetamol500 tablets take aleave from work and rest because this is what you can do for a better health.

Take a balanced diet do not skip your meal.

and if you are under 35 you are likely to get fever after 24 hrs.

stay at home be safe .
