Doing my morning routine 😉
Getting up early in the morning and doing your regular chores, just like any other day of the week is one of the best things you can do. When you wake up early in the morning, your mind is fresh and ready to make the most of each day. You can start the day with a balanced meal, followed by some meditations and exercise.
Doing work in the morning will help you get it off your mind so that you can rest in peace at night, and hence have a better sleep. You will also find time to do your chores since you’re already up in the morning. Another benefit of doing things early in the morning is that you get to spend more time with your family. You can also spend time with your kids for their school, sports or music classes. You can’t just wake up and expect to get rich. You have to work hard to achieve success.
The best thing to do in early morning is to practice Yoga, asanas are like prayers for body. If you combine them with pranayamas you will get the benefit of good mental health. I would suggest you to do asanas and meditation. Chores like feeding the pet/flowers/grass, watering plants, cleaning the house and then walk around the house/garden, drinking a glass of water and meditating are some of the things that i usually do in the early mornings.
I also like to do some work on my desktop or laptop which is boring and time consuming, like reading emails or checking the status of stocks. You can also use this time to make calls or reply to emails, but try not to do too much things in the early morning, one or two activities at the most.
Do you know that if you’re not gulping down a nice tall glass of water, you’re doing yourself a disservice? Or that unhealthy breakfast does nothing to help your body throughout the day? Or that if you begin your day without doing any stretching or movement, you’re more likely to hurt yourself later on? So, guys, will you be able to fit these activities into your morning routine?
