      The following static characteristics of measurement system are accuracy, sensitivity, reproducibility.

      A measuring system is a system to measure something. It is basically a process which measures something and then compares its results with other measurements to optimize the result.

      The following are some of the desirable quantitative characteristics:

      1. Measuring system should be able to take measurements on different types of objects (different kind of materials) and provide information about the results

      2. Measuring systems should be able to take measurements at different times (for example, over time) and provide information about the results at different times

      3. Measuring systems should allow for comparisons between measurements (for example, comparing two different measurement methods). A good measurer will allow for easy comparison between items taken at two different points in time. For example, it will be possible for a user to compare two readings from their measurement device
