Answer is option C) i.e Winter
In order to understand why we need more fat in winter, it is important to understand the historical context of our seasonal needs.
Historically, food was scarcer in winter and our natural instinct was to maintain body fat as an insurance against famine. This natural tendency to overeat in winter is still present today and, as such, we need more fat to keep us warm and protect us from winter seasonal diseases such as cold, cough, and flu. Therefore, the season in which we need more fat is winter.
