Sleep is an important part of our life and we need to sleep at least 8 hours a day. But, there are some people who love listening to music while sleeping. These people claim it helps them fall asleep faster and also keep them from waking up in the middle of the night, which could be dangerous for them.
However, I believe that this is not true because even if you listen to music, you still have to wake up when your alarm goes off in the morning or if you feel something bad happening during the night. So basically this does not help you sleep better and eventually makes your sleep less productive, which can cause health problems later on in life.
