The answer to this question is yes. But, it depends on the food you are having and how much water you have in your body. If you are drinking a lot of water then your stomach will expand and if you eat something with a lot of fats, then your stomach will shrink. The reason why I say that it depends on the food is because there are some foods that can cause bloating such as milk products and beans while others can cause constipation like legumes.
If you drink a lot of water while eating any type of food, then what will happen is that the digestive system won’t be able to digest all the nutrients in the food properly which means they may not be absorbed by your body properly and at times they may get wasted. You should always drink water when having anything since dehydration can affect many parts of our bodies including our skin, bones, muscles, joints etc. It also helps to keep our blood pressure under control which improves our overall health as well as digestion.
Thanks for reading! Hope this answers your question!

The best way to answer this question is to talk about how our body functions. Our bodies are composed of cells, tissues and organs. The main function of the cell is to carry out all the instructions that we give it through DNA (Deoxyribonucleic acid). Our body does not function without these instructions because if it did, there would be no life as we know it.

We are a part of every process in our body and when we eat, a lot of food goes into the blood stream and is used by our cells. Water is also important for keeping everything functioning properly in your body and this includes your muscles, bones, brain etc. So drinking water helps you have enough energy to keep working effectively at work or play with your family members or friends while having food. Water has other advantages too like:
It can help flush toxins from your system which can lead to certain diseases like heart disease
It regulates your digestion so that you don’t get indigestion It keeps you hydrated so that you don’t get dehydrated
So in conclusion I would say drink water while having food! I hope this answers your question!
