    Answer: A) Hydrophobic

Chemical compounds known as lipids are nonpolar in nature.
They are exclusively soluble in nonpolar solvents and insoluble in water since water is a polar molecule.
These molecules, which are present in foods like oil, butter, whole milk, cheese, fried foods, and some red meats, can be created by the human body.
In contrast to the bonds between oxygen and hydrogen atoms in water molecules, where electrons are shared unevenly and lead to the formation of a slight positive charge on hydrogen and a slight negative charge on the oxygen atom, carbon atom bonds and those between carbon and hydrogen molecules in lipids are nonpolar.

    Answer. A (hydrophobic)
Lipids are insoluble in water because lipid molecules are hydrophobic.
Lipids are a large and diverse class of biological molecules marked by their being hydrophobic, or unable to dissolve in water.
