The correct answer is Rajasthan
You may have heard of the Meena tribe, an ancient tribal community found principally in the state of Rajasthan. The name of this community has been derived from the word Meen, which means fish. Meenas are believed to be a mixture of more than one tribe, with a fishing community called Meenavar eventually becoming Meena. Globally, Mina group totals 676,000 in 2 countries, with the Mina people found in the “Slave Coast” in Benin and Togo.
In Rajasthan, Minas are second in number only to the Bhils and constitute almost 14% of the total population of the state. They speak the Meena language and have started adopting the Brahmin worship system. The Minas are classified as Scheduled Tribes in the central list and are thus eligible for reservation. However, the Meenas have been kept out of the list.
Meena Tribes reside in every nook and corner of the country and have a rich cultural heritage. The Mina of Benin are numbering 194,000 and their name is also spelled Mina. The Meena tribe is an important part of Rajasthan’s cultural tapestry and has existed in the region for centuries.
