For example, the computer could have overheated shut off after overloading on heat. It could also be due to a number of electrical problems, such as faulty power adapter, loose cable connections inside the laptop, etc. Nonetheless for this problem you should go to an authorized repair service center or certified technician who will figure out the cause and assist you with solving it.Check your power supply and the charging cables plugged into it. If your laptop feels warm, let it cool down before trying to turn it on again. Plug one end of the power cable into a wall socket, and check if the other end is securely inserted in your laptop’s power port or charger connector. With 2-in-1 models, ensure that the tablet is attached to the keyboard back cover and both devices are fully charged before proceeding with troubleshooting steps 3 and onward below:Switch off/unplug the device and wait 20 seconds; then switch on/plug in again;Press Fn+F8 (Function key + F8), close any open applications, and check if the device can turn on.If your laptop still cannot turn on, boot it up again with the power cable plugged in, if possible.
