To troubleshoot Your WiFi router, connect over Ethernet.

      1. On the back of your Belkin router, look for the Ethernet jack.
This is normally found at the top, and the jack on the Belkin is usually white.
      2. Connect an Ethernet cable to the Belkin’s jack, then plug the other end into a computer port. Allow around three minutes for the two devices to establish a connection.
      3. To begin, open a web browser. In the address area, type “192.168.2.1 and hit “Enter. This brings up a Belkin Web page on your computer screen. If this screen does not appear, try resetting the TCP/IP settings in Windows.
      4. At the top of the Belkin Web page, click the “Login” link. This displays a screen that prompts you for your password. The Belkin does not come with a password by default. If you don’t have one yet, leave the form blank and click “Login. Otherwise, fill in the Password field box with your password. TCP/IP Settings in Windows Reset
