    The answer is A. 2N daughter cells:

    Mitosis and meiosis are the two basic phases of reproduction in plants and animals. They occur separately, but they can be combined in a single cell in a plant called a hypocotyl. The two main divisions of mitosis are called sister chromatids.

    In the first division of mitosis, one copy of each chromosome is duplicated. In the second division, half of each chromosome is duplicated again. From this point on, only half of each chromosome will remain for further replication (Mitotic spindle). The other half will get lost and not be replicated again until it gets de-duplicated and then get replaced by another copy during the third division cycle (Golgi body).
