If you have been experiencing frequent headaches lately, it would be best if you took a step back and started making some lifestyle changes. Headaches can be caused by many different factors. Some common causes include: high blood pressure, low blood sugar levels, hormonal changes, sinus congestion or infection.

    It’s important to know the warning signs for potential headaches so that you can take care of them before they become a health issue.

    Headaches and What Causes Them

    Headaches can be caused by a number of factors. They can be brought on by the weather, food, dehydration or even head trauma. It is important to know what causes headaches so that you can take steps to prevent them from happening.

    A headache is one of the most common symptoms and it’s more than just an annoyance, it affects how we experience life. If you have a headache, here are some ways to alleviate it:

    • Drink a glass of water or other fluids right away
    • Take your pain medication with water if possible
    • Limiting caffeine and nicotine intake will help as well
    • Getting plenty of sleep will also help

    There are a few reasons for why some people suffer from constant headache. These may include:

    2. Poor posture
    3. Strain on the neck
    4. Brain tumor
    5. Iron deficiency
    6. Meniere’s disease
