Thinking for yourself means having the ability to make decisions and form opinions without depending on other people.
It is about expanding your knowledge and honing your curiosity. It is also about having ideas and thoughts of your own rather than believing what other people say.
In order to think for yourself, it is important to practice introspection and cultivate empathy. This means looking inside and examining what you do, say, and think.
It also requires being able to recognize that you are not your thoughts, and as such can be a witness to them.
Additionally, it means having the courage to say no and not be swayed by external influences. Having a sense of self is also important when it comes to thinking for yourself, as it is allowing you to do your own thinking and be independent.
