Hello, PR stands for “Personal Record“. It is a benchmark that you’re trying to reach for more than just one time. It is the amount of weight you can lift for any one exercise _x_ times. For example, your highest amount of bench presses because sometimes you don’t know how much you can lift if you get a bad lift in. If a person is a powerlifter, then the PR is how much weight they can lift for one rep. Hope it helps.
