I recommend that you first watch the inspiring video below to understand what Rat Race is.

The rat race is a financial term in which people work for money and material wealth without any passion or interest in what they are doing with their life, just to live a luxurious lifestyle.

A rat race is the constant striving to maintain an unsustainable pace. It is about constantly striving for material success. The phrase has been used in literature to describe a fast-paced, competitive society since 1922.

Escaping the rat race is about redefining success. It’s about removing your focus from money and status symbols, by adopting a new mindset that brings meaning into life. The best way to escape rat race is through simple living.

One of the main reasons why people get caught up in rat race easily is because everyone around them does so too, that’s when you start getting into the rat trap by seeing others working hard day and night without any form of enjoyment from it while being surrounded with expensive luxuries bought on credit cards with high rates of interests attached to it which only add more pressure onto your shoulders as time goes by not realizing how deep you have fallen into debt but still continue working thinking its going to put an end to all problems one fine day, rat race escape is about changing your perspective in life by focusing on what you want to achieve not what others expect from you.

Here are some points that might help rat Race Escape:

    1. Focus on the present and future and leave the past behind.
    2. Think of better ways to earn money instead of following rat race more closely. Try finding alternatives for income generation like starting a business, freelancing etc. as opposed to working endlessly at someone else’s company which pays less than expected after putting so much effort into it every day while receiving little or no appreciation for all efforts put forth creating debts along with health issues eventually leading towards burnouts if left unaddressed – Keep an open mind and remain curious rather than having fixed ideas about everything.
    3. Break the rat race cycle by taking a break from work and spend time on yourself, reflecting over your life’s purpose with clarity rather than being caught up in materialistic pleasures.
    4. Try to live a sustainable lifestyle instead of going for expensive luxuries which you can’t afford at all try living within your means – Spend quality time alone or with loved ones doing something you love that brings happiness into your life. It could be anything from traveling somewhere nice relaxing or volunteering helping others etc.

In order to escape rat race it is important to change our attitudes about success and money because we are taught from an early age that more money equals better life but this mindset has been forced upon us since childhood without any second thoughts even though it is not true, rat race escape is about changing your mindset by learning to be happy with less so you can start living a simple life.
