A side hustle is any type of employment undertaken in addition to one’s full-time job. A side hustle is generally freelance or piecework in nature, providing a supplemental income. Side hustles are often things a person is passionate about, rather than a day a typical day job worked in order to make ends meet.
A side hustle is an extra job that a person takes on to earn some extra cash. A side hustle can be one of three things:
1) a part-time job that you take on after you get off from your main job (e.g., a server at a restaurant),
2) a full-time job that you take on in addition to your full-time job (e.g., a sales rep for a supplement company or a dog walker),
3) a business that you start that is completely separate from your main job.
An excellent example of a side hustle is the story of a man named Darwin. Darwin was a full-time teacher who was earning $35,000 a year, but he didn’t have any money saved and he wanted to be able to take his family on vacation. In order to do so, he started a blog, became a blogger, and eventually started making $82,000 a year. By setting up a blog on a topic you’re knowledgeable about and then getting it ranked on the first page of Google under that topic, you can make money on the Internet. A blogger is someone who regularly writes and publishes articles on the Internet. Bloggers are able to make money by receiving ad revenue, affiliate sales commissions, donations, and selling their own products.
A Side hustle is a great way to make extra money or start your own business even when you are working a full-time job. Side hustles come in many forms, and you can start your own business on the side, work for yourself in a part-time capacity, or even get a second job. The sky is the limit, and when you have an extra stream of income coming in, your financial future will be brighter.
A side hustle is a secondary job or freelance project that you do outside of your day job. Side hustles can be used to generate additional income, to slow down the consumption of your savings, or to just do something you enjoy that makes you feel successful.
