Parvati’s evidence is relevant and sufficient.
This is evident when looking at the ways in which cell phones are used in today’s classrooms; they are utilized to take notes, record lectures, access reference material quickly, communicate with classmates, ensure that students always stay updated on recent developments regarding their particular class topic, etc., all of which bear significant weight when considering teachers’ workloads.
To this end, it is clear that even if Parvati does not believe she needs any assistance grading her students’ papers—as she claims early in the passage—cell phones can provide a great deal of help for instructors who want to run an efficient classroom. This makes Parvati’s testimony both convincing and relevant given the argument being made.
