Answer: My first thought when I wake up is usually about the day ahead. I’ll think about what I need to do, what I’m looking forward to, and any other tasks or events that are on my agenda.
I also like to start my day with a little prayer or meditation session so that I can set the tone for the day and stay focused on my goals. Overall, I just want to make sure that I’m productive and get a lot of things done so that I can feel good about myself by the end of the day.
Answer: The first thing I think of when I wake up is usually what time it is. I set multiple alarms on my phone, one for each part of my day, so the first thing I do is check to see if everything is on schedule. If not, then I’ll adjust accordingly.
Answer: Depending on the day, my first thought can be anything from “I can’t believe it’s already morning” to “I hope today is a good day.” But more often than not, it’s something like “What am I going to do today?” or “What’s on my agenda for today?” I’m usually a fairly busy person, so I like to have a plan for the day so I know what to expect. Waking up and just sitting around not knowing what to do feels very unproductive and frustrating.
