The answer is (D) 20th November

World Children’s Day is observed on the 20th of November each year. This day was established in 1954 and is used to promote international togetherness and awareness among children worldwide. It is also the date in 1959 when the UN General Assembly adopted the Declaration of the Rights of the Child.

In some Communist and post-Communist countries, it is celebrated on June 1 since 1950. On this day, UNICEF hosts an annual day of action for children, by children, to raise awareness about issues such as climate change, education, mental health and more.

Many organizations, schools and communities around the world join in to celebrate this day with activities focusing on children’s rights, well-being and development. So if you want to show your support and join in the celebration, mark your calendar for the 20th of November!
