I don’t think that you have been offered this amount of money from TCS or HCL, because there is a limit on salaries for each experience range. I would believe it if you had mentioned a product-based company. But in any case, HCL would be better than TCS in every way for your experience range.
Note: All those who are giving examples have packages like this. The reason they are doing this is because of the current market scenario. Companies might be hiring with these high packages, but what you need to understand is that it might be because of client urgent demands. Company salaries tend to go up over time. If you’re getting a higher amount than other people, then I can say that your salary will go down in the future years because there’s something called salary normalization.
If you are wanting to switch jobs in 2–3 years, then it is no problem. But if you want a long term job, then it will be bad. You will have a hard time with a low experience level and then the interviews will not happen very often. But it is good that people are getting jobs with such good packages. I hope that your jobs go well for you.
